Mossgate is, as we have said, committed to working in partnership with parents. If any parent is unhappy or concerned about any issue, you are urged to raise your concern at the earliest opportunity by talking to a member of staff, the class teacher, key stage leader or the Headteacher. The vast majority of issues can be sorted out in this way. Please avoid the use of social media to voice any dissatisfaction – always come and talk to us.

If, in the unlikely event, the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, then the parent/carer should put the complaint in writing and send it to the Headteacher at the school. Then the formal complaints procedure must be followed, details of which are available from the school or the Local Education Office
